SEVEN LORE maintains a 14-day returns policy.
You have a maximum of 14 days to return an item you have purchased from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- No signs of wash/wear
- Swing tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours
To start a return, send an email to returns@sevenlore.com. Please note that you will need to provide the following:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Refund or exchange
We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be held until we receive a return email.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You'll be notified by us once we’ve received and thoroughly inspected your returned item. You'll be informed within 24 - 48 hours if your return was approved or not. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For any reason other than the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, you'll be liable to pay the fees associated with returning the item back to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

EU / INTERNATIONAL
Returns must be initiated within 14 days to be accepted. If your item is sent back to us after the 14th day, your return will still be treated as normal as long as it is processed and shipped within 14 days.
KLARNA
If Klarna was your payment method, Klarna will refund your payment if the return claim is approved by us. In the event any refunds are made, Klarna will send the funds to the same source you used to make your payment.
